CONSTRUCTION — TURNKEY
A co-working space built for focus and craft
The Story
he client acquired a raw shell on the second floor of a commercial building on Rajpur Road, with a vision to create a co-working space that felt more like an architecture studio than a generic office park.
We designed and built the entire fit-out: structural modifications for a new internal staircase, full MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), interior finishes, furniture, and signage. The design language borrows from workshop aesthetics — exposed services, pegboard walls, and rolling library ladders for the double-height storage wall.
Private offices are lined in acoustic felt panels and separated from the open floor by floor-to-ceiling glass partitions. The central worktable — a 12-foot solid teak slab — serves as the anchor for the shared space.
The project was delivered on a fixed-price construction contract in six months, with weekly client walkthroughs and photographic progress reports.
