Our approach
Every architectural project begins with three weeks of listening — to the place, the climate, the brief. We sketch by hand before we touch a CAD program. We test ideas with physical models. The drawings only get cleaner from there.

Our approach
Construction is where most architecture firms outsource. We don't. Our site team is led by a partner. Material procurement is handled in-house. The first beam and the final coat are answered by the same name.

Our approach
Vastu Shastra is a tradition of careful spatial intelligence. We integrate it from the first sketch — never as an afterthought, never as superstition. It shapes orientation, entry, water placement, and circulation in ways that matter.

Whether the project is a single room or a full residence, the first four steps are the same.

Inquiry
You write to us — a paragraph, a Pinterest board, a phone call. We respond personally within two business days.

Brief
We meet, in person if you're nearby. We listen more than talk. By the end, we both know whether we're a fit.

Proposal
We send a written proposal: scope, timeline, fee. No surprises. You take a week to think it over.

Agreement
We sign a studio agreement. Work begins within two weeks.
On Fees
Bespoke. Transparent. Always.
Every project is scoped, briefed, and quoted individually. Architecture and interiors are usually fee-based — calculated as a percentage of project cost, or a fixed scope fee. Construction is a measured estimate, with material costs separated from our oversight fee. Vastu and 3D visualisation can be standalone engagements with simpler quotes.
